JeriniCares Program Launched

Morristown, NJ, August 5th, 2008 – Jerini US announced today that the company has launched its JeriniCares initiative to help patients with the treatment of acute attacks of hereditary angioedema (HAE).   JeriniCares  will help patients with HAE  as well as health care professionals (HCPs) navigate through the complex health care system.



JeriniCares is a free support program created to assist HAE patients and their caregivers in navigating the current health care system with regard to reimbursement. The goal is to help minimize many of the insurance barriers and obstacles that may impede the ideal care of HAE patients.  JeriniCares provides comprehensive assistance to patients and HCPs for insurance-related issues including, but not limited to, billing, coding, and appeals of denied claims.

JeriniCares Patient Advocates will work closely with HAE patients and HCPs to help resolve coverage issues and answer questions.

Additionally, via JeriniCares, HAE patients and HCPs can register their interest in participating in potential Jerini US sponsored clinical trials.
